DESCRIPTION: Approximate Height in Hands – 14.3hh
Mystery Date is a 4-year-old sorrel mare from the Desatoya HMA in Nevada. She stands 14.3 hands tall. I started working with her in mid-April. She tries hard to be brave, but sometimes her sensitivity gets the best of her. In the beginning she was cautious and could be reactive, but she has always made progress. She has never been aggressive or offered to bite, kick, or even made a nasty face. By the time we show in Oklahoma City, she will have had approximately 35 rides. She has been coming along well but can still be a little reactive. When something scares her, she will scoot forward, but not buck. I would not recommend her for a beginner or novice rider, but given the time she needs, she will make someone a very nice horse.
