Info: Popeye is a sweet, handsome guy and so easy on the eyes! He is a 5-year-old gelding from the Saylor Creek HMA of Idaho. He was gathered in August 2020. He is very willing and wants to learn. He has been an easy keeper and is easy to be around. He is behind in training, as we had a very late start, but he is progressing very quickly. He is proving to be quiet and on the lazy side as we progress. He is super willing and wants to learn. He is not a spooky mustang. He is very brave, and I believe he will excel in obstacles as we ask more of him. I see him being a very easy-going trail horse. He hauls well, stands for the farrier, bathes easily, stands tied, and welcomes new people into his world. He loves cookies and cuddles and is very easy to work with. He is mostly lacking in the collection piece of his training. He will have his teeth, feet, and chiropractic done before he leaves for his new home. I’m happy to chat with any wanting more information on him.
