This horse is adoptable. The title for this horse will be released from the BLM after one year of ownership.
Stitch is a 13.3hh, 4 year old gelding from the Paisley Desert, Oregon HMA.
He is short and stout, with a bit of up and go to him. Stitch is a quiet and sweet pony, he’s easy to handle and enjoyable to be around. Stitch leads, ties, bathes, picks up all his feet, and trailers well. He has been exposed to liberty and trick training.
Stitch is UTD on everything; dental, farrier, coggins, vaccines, etc.
He stands quiet for the vet and farrier—
** he needs corrective trimming and shoeing due to having long pasterns and an overreach in his movement. He has shown signs of possible future DSLD**
Stitch has been exposed to a little of everything and takes it all in stride. He rides WTC English or Western, and has the start of advanced maneuvers. He has a quiet and easy going temperament, but he is still green and needs a rider that can guide him and help him advance through his training.
