DESCRIPTION: Approximate Height in Hands – 14.2hh
Rosie is a 4-year-old mare from Antelope Valley, NV. She stands 14.2 hands and is very well put together. She stands tied for long periods of time with no problems, picks up all four feet, and stands for the farrier. She is extremely gentle and calm on the ground. I have let my small kids around her, but I have not let them ride her yet and would not classify her a kid horse at this time. However, I do believe with more time and miles she will get there. She tends to be on the lazy side and defiantly has more whoa than go. She has a very calm and thoughtful personality and has always taken the time to process whatever is going on instead of just running off or shutting down. I have started her on cattle, and I believe she would make a good cow horse, trail horse, or pretty much any other discipline you might like. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
