Cleo is a sweet, curious mare who will try anything for a good cookie. On her own, she is brave but can still get nervous about some things. If you let her know you are there, she will take things head on and try her hardest. Cleo is smart and does not take long to catch on to new things. She will tolerate water but prefers to avoid it if she can. Cleo has been ridden both western and English at a walk, trot, and canter, and has gone over various obstacles including a bridge, poles, and cavalettis without hesitation. She has also been on short trail rides and has done great. She’s calm when walking and doesn't lose her cool even when she comes across something "scary." When given just a little push, she will do what you want. She is working on relaxing at the bit and carrying herself soft and is doing great. She loads into a trailer, picks up all four feet, is comfortable with blankets, stands tied, cross ties, and is learning to ground tie. She can be ridden with or without a bit and has been ridden bareback as well.
