Evangeline is a 6-year-old bay mare from Devils’ Garden Plateau HMA. She’s 15.1 and beautiful! Evangeline is super sweet and loves people. She walks, trots, lopes, stops, backs, side passes, and is learning to spin. She also ties, clips, trailers, and picks up her size 1 feet. Evangeline is okay with the farrier, but not great. No kicking or nonsense, she just wants to move around. Evangeline is the best of both worlds—she has an amazing mind and will go when asked, but she can also bring it back down and go slow. She has the ability to be extremely versatile as she has both a western pleasure jog and a pretty slow lope, she can also pick up the speed and could easily go to the dressage ring. Evangeline has been out on the trail a bit and has done very well. She does pretty well with traffic and dogs. She crosses water with no problems! Evangeline has been ridden by several of my friends to see how she does with a new person on her back, and she is great!
