DESCRIPTION: Approximate Height in Hands - 14.2 

Hera is a 5-year-old mare from the Devil’s Garden HMA. She is 14.2, stout, and absolutely gorgeous! She has nice bone structure and big solid strong feet. Hera has not offered to buck or rear. She is a good mare who with more time will just get better! She is a more forward horse and has beautiful movement. This mare needs a home with an owner who will give her a job and do great things with her. She can go in almost any direction, but really excels on the trail and might be a good endurance prospect. She walks, trots, lopes, stops, backs, side passes, turns on the haunches, and is great for the farrier! Again, she is a forward moving horse, so if you are looking for a slow poke horse, or a horse for a beginner, this is not the horse for you. She is a fun ride and will only get better in time. She crosses water, does well with traffic, and has a great working walk out on the trail. She does not mind dogs either. We would love to see Hera go to a home where she will be loved and have a job.
